TOP has a wellness programme 'HealthCheck' that offers blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol health screening tests as well as a body mass index assessment to members of our her community. The programme is aimed at improving the health and wellness of Newland residents. The tests which are designed to promote health awareness are carried out by qualified doctors and nurses. The tests are free of charge and each person tested is given expert advice on healthy lifestyle changes that may be required. At the end of the tests every person tested is given a healthy lunch pack as well. Spiritual counselling is also available.
